At Thurmont ChildCare Inc. we are staffed by a team of dedicated, qualified early childhood professionals who are passionate about supporting each child’s growth, learning, and well-being. Teachers and caregivers hold credentials that meet or exceed state licensing requirements, including coursework in early childhood education, CPR and First Aid certification, and ongoing professional development. Many of our educators have specialized training in child development, positive guidance, and inclusive practices, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are recognized and supported.

Collaboration and communication are at the heart of our team. Teachers work closely with families to build strong partnerships, sharing observations, progress updates, and strategies to support learning both at home and in the classroom.
